What We Mean by a Platform

More Than a Product. A Framework for Innovation

At Altya, a platform is more than a product or formulation. It is an integrated scientific framework built around a defined biological challenge, combining mechanistic insight, targeted intervention strategies and biomarker-driven evaluation.

Each platform provides a scalable foundation for differentiated health solutions, future product development, clinical validation and strategic partnerships.

01 Healthy Aging & Longevity

Targeting the Biology of Aging

Our Healthy Aging & Longevity Platform applies a multi-mechanistic approach to biological aging, combining selected bioactive interventions with biomarker-driven evaluation across interconnected cellular processes.

Its scientific foundation has been investigated through in cellulo research and a prospective, randomized, placebo-controlled human clinical study, creating a translational pathway from biological mechanisms to measurable human outcomes.

Research has demonstrated activity across mechanisms associated with aging, including proteostasis, oxidative stress, telomere integrity and epigenetic regulation, together with modulation of longevity-associated pathways including FOXO1 and SIRT1.

Human investigation further demonstrated a statistically significant reduction in oxidized plasma proteins after three months of intervention, supporting the platform’s potential to promote biological resilience, healthy aging and long-term healthspan.

02 GLP-1 Companion Science

Supporting the Biology of Healthy Weight Loss

Our GLP-1 Companion Science Platform addresses selected physiological challenges associated with substantial weight loss and reduced energy intake during GLP-1-based weight management.

Rather than focusing exclusively on body-weight reduction, the platform targets the biological quality of weight loss — supporting lean-tissue preservation, cellular energy metabolism, metabolic resilience and gastrointestinal tolerance.

The platform integrates complementary nutritional and bioactive strategies targeting muscle proteostasis, mitochondrial bioenergetics, metabolic adaptation and gastrointestinal balance.

Designed as an evolving scientific framework rather than a single formulation, GLP-1 Companion Science supports differentiated product development, biomarker evaluation and future clinical investigation.

03 Cardiometabolic Resilience

Targeting the Biology Behind Cardiovascular Aging

Our Cardiometabolic Resilience research program explores how aging biology, metabolic regulation and vascular function interact to influence long-term cardiovascular health.

Rather than focusing on a single pathway, the program applies a multi-mechanistic framework to identify biologically relevant intervention targets and measurable biomarkers associated with cardiovascular resilience.

By integrating aging biology, cardiovascular science and biomarker-driven evaluation, the program aims to support the future development of more targeted and precision-oriented health interventions.
